Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Lakeport, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00–17:00
Hours per week: 40
Scheduling: Open to 10-hour shifts or 4-day work weeks; flexible scheduling
Workload: 5 weighted visits per day, about 4–5 patients/day

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License
