Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Marysville, Kansas
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Med Surg RN for CAH
• No 6 day block requests

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kansas
• Med Surg (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• ACLS
• State license, as applicable
• Primary source verification of state license
• NURSYS verification required for all RNs
• Government issued photo ID
• E-Verify attestation/proof
• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
• State exclusion list check
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
• Competency Exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
• Core Part I
• Core Part II
• Core Part III
• Initial physical and annual update
• Tdap
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Drug testing within 1 year of start, updated annually
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• 2 clinical references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist for the applicable unit, updated annually

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical Access Hospital experience

Health and Compliance Notes

• Flu documentation is required for Aya clearance for new candidates starting during flu season, but it is not required for client clearance or to start/continue the assignment
• Scrubs may be any color during orientation and post-orientation; solid colors are preferred post-orientation
• If a candidate has worked with the company for over 1 year, an evaluation/internal evaluation must be on file and updated annually
