Interim Leader - Imaging
Role Overview
- Interim leadership role in Imaging Services, with responsibility for imaging services including echo.
- Based in the Imaging/Echo department.
- Days shift, primarily Monday-Friday, with leadership coverage as operationally needed.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- 1 opening.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in West Virginia
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
- ARRT
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Acute-care hospital imaging leadership experience
- Multi-modality imaging operations experience
- Experience with departmental budgets, productivity, capital planning, and equipment management
- Experience working with radiologists, physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration
- Experience supporting growth and operational improvement initiatives
Additional Details
- Leadership availability as needed for call and weekend coverage.
- Equipment includes diagnostic imaging equipment, MRI, CT, X-Ray, fluro, ultrasound, and echo.
- Patient population includes all ages.
- Dress code is black/professional business attire.
