Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Camden, New Jersey
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

• Float pool between ICU and PCU
• Travelers are required to float within 5 hospitals within skillset: Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL
• RTO must be provided at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted
• EOW/EOH
• Block scheduling is not allowed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing, with only 2 attempts allowed
• EPIC experience is preferred, not required
• First time traveler accepted, but not preferred

License / Compliance

• New Jersey candidates must have work history verified with a minimum of 1 year prior to the start date, allowing only 30-day gaps or less
• NURSYS verification required for RNs
• NIH Stroke Certification required for RNs in ICU
• Required to complete fit testing within the first week of the assignment; outside fit tests are not accepted
• Required to complete a physical exam within the last 12 months
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Latex questionnaire required
• Drug screen required within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required
• 2 professional references required, within 2 years worked
• Employment application required
• Skills checklist required and must be updated annually
