RN PACU
Overview
- Role: RN PACU
- Location: Pensacola, Florida
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 11:00 - 21:30
- Schedule: 40 hours per week; 4-12 call shifts in a 6-week schedule; weekends as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
- Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, with minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score
- Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%; only two attempts permitted; updated every 3 years
