RN PACU (Nights), Mount Clemens, MI
Location: Mount Clemens, Michigan Employment Type: Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 12 hours per day
Role Overview
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) on the Surgical Department.
- The Surgical Department offers general and gynecological surgery, advanced laparoscopic surgery, breast core biopsy, total joint and minimally invasive orthopaedic surgery, sports orthopedic surgery, and laser lithotripsy.
- The hospital is a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital and a Level II Trauma Center with one of the busiest Emergency Centers in the area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care) experience, with experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
