Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Position

Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
Facility Setting: Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)

Job Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Number of Positions: 1
Reason for Opening: Vacancy
Facility Size: 12 acute rehab beds
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM with rotating weekends; flexibility to take a day off when covering weekends
Floating: Yes, position requires floating to other units

Requirements & Preferences

Experience Level: Any
Licensure: Must be licensed in Arizona
EMR Systems: Medhost, NetHealth (Redoc)
Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
Parking: Hospital parking lot near helicopter pad

Additional Notes

No preference for rehiring previous contractors
Acute rehab environment with interdisciplinary collaboration
