Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Thornton, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel
Unit Information
- Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D/707)
- Beds: 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
- Staffing: Approximately 60 staff members
- Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge RN, 2-3 L&D RNs, 2-3 postpartum (PP) RNs
- Night Shift: Similar to day shift
- Patient Ratios:
- Labor & Delivery: 1:1 to 1:2 max
- Postpartum: 3:1 (per AWHONN guidelines)
- Equipment: Beacon
- EMR Systems: CPN and Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Labor and delivery experience
- Postpartum experience
- NBSTA and DORA Certifications
- Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP
- Registered Nurse License
Preferred Qualifications
- LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience
