Position Details

• Shift: 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5 pm
• Patient Ratio: 3 full-time nurses in the Cath Lab, with a pre/post procedure area staffed by 2 registered nurses. Only 1 Cath Lab procedure room available.
• Weekend Requirement: No
• On-call Requirement: Yes, Monday–Saturday (only for post-PCI patients)

Experience

• Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• First-timers Accepted: Yes

Licensure & Certifications

• License Required: South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
• National Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Radiation Badge Required: Yes (must be provided by agency)

• Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule
• Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rate
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
