Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Job Overview
The RN provides clinical leadership within the neighborhoods, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values through clinical services. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to clinical staff across households in areas such as infection control, safety, wound management, and RAI process.
- Implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, sanitation, staff development, RAI process, and MDS assessments.
- Support organizational fiscal viability by managing clinical staffing and resources efficiently.
- Foster collaboration and problem-solving within the household clinical team.
- Maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other departments.
- Demonstrate dementia sensitivity by providing individualized, person-centered care that promotes well-being for residents with dementia.
