Position Details

Specialty: Skilled Nursing (SNU/Rehab RN)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift to start, then nights
Nurse:Patient Ratios:
- Nights: 1:4-6
- LPNs available at ratio 1:5-6
Virtual admission and discharge nurses available to assist
Primary care nursing model frequently used; candidates must be comfortable with this

Requirements

Some hospital bedside experience required (not just LTC/SNU experience)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
