Physical Therapist (PT) - Temporary Position

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Facility: Berkshire Medical Center

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, including direct patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities.
• Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable).
• Work schedule: Block schedule with 10 or 12-hour shifts (shift accommodation requests will not be considered).
• Note: Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current experience.
• Inpatient experience required.
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement).
• Permanent address must be included in profile.
• Any and all Return to Office (RTO) details must be included in profile.
• Work history and skills checklist (pertinent to position, current within 1 year) required.
• Two supervisory signed references from within the past two years of employment required.
• License and certifications must be uploaded with profile.

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) required.

State License

• Massachusetts license required.

Contract Length
