Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday nights)
- Call Requirements: None
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Experience & Certifications
- Required Specialty Experience: 2 years (Neuro ICU experience required)
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Required Skills & Experience
- Neuro ICU experience
- Comprehensive assessment skills
- Care of hemodynamically unstable patients
- Care of mechanically ventilated patients
- Thorough neurological assessment skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pupillometer
- EVD (External Ventricular Drain) management
- ICP waveform management
- CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
- Epic EMR proficiency
Additional Information
- Floating to other inpatient areas required when home unit census is low
- Orientation includes unit training, Epic training (if needed), and completion of modules on the first day
- Dress code: Navy scrubs; hoodies are not acceptable
- Personality fit: Team player, positive attitude, flexible, empathetic
