Job Description

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process aligned with the facility’s philosophy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (required).
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, scrub, circulate, and monitor (required).
• Experience with MediTech EMR system (preferred).

Certifications

• ACLS (AHA) certification required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.

Licensing

• Must hold a valid Arkansas state license.
• Compact license allowed.

Additional Requirements

• Work history and skills checklist current to within 1 year, relevant to the specialty.
• Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Batesville; applicants within 90 miles will not be reviewed, and those between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but not guaranteed selection.
