Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Facility: San Juan Regional Medical Center
Hospital System: San Juan Regional Medical Center (Parent)
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Position Details
- Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Specialty: Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Department: Rehabilitation Department / Physical Therapy Cost Center 2017
- Shift: Days (7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed / 40 scheduled (overtime requires pre-approval)
- Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch (12:30 pm – 1:00 pm)
- Days of Week: Monday through Friday (clinic hours 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
- Patient Load: 10-14 scheduled patients per day
- EHR System: Cerner
- Dress Code: Dark gray (pewter) top and black pants; scrubs or polo/button-up; no jeans
- Vaccinations: All required vaccinations must be verified
Requirements
- Licensure: New Mexico State PT License required (can be obtained during onboarding; not required at submission)
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred Experience: Outpatient experience, dry needling, manual therapy
- Education: Must meet New Mexico State Licensing Board requirements
Additional Information
- No weekend or call requirements
- Mandatory meetings expected; if during lunch break, timecard will be adjusted to paid time
- Patient population primarily adults and teens
- Submittal requires resume, submission form, area-specific competency exam, and skills checklist
