Position Details

• Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Specialty: Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Department: Rehabilitation Department / Physical Therapy Cost Center 2017
• Shift: Days (7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed / 40 scheduled (overtime requires pre-approval)
• Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch (12:30 pm – 1:00 pm)
• Days of Week: Monday through Friday (clinic hours 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
• Patient Load: 10-14 scheduled patients per day
• EHR System: Cerner
• Dress Code: Dark gray (pewter) top and black pants; scrubs or polo/button-up; no jeans
• Vaccinations: All required vaccinations must be verified

Requirements

• Licensure: New Mexico State PT License required (can be obtained during onboarding; not required at submission)
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred Experience: Outpatient experience, dry needling, manual therapy
• Education: Must meet New Mexico State Licensing Board requirements

Additional Information

• No weekend or call requirements
• Mandatory meetings expected; if during lunch break, timecard will be adjusted to paid time
• Patient population primarily adults and teens
• Submittal requires resume, submission form, area-specific competency exam, and skills checklist
