Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Technologist
Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Facility: WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital
Hospital System: Bingham Memorial Hospital - Locums
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
- Work hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts), Monday to Friday
- Day off during the week varies
- On-call requirement as needed by the unit
- Candidate will undergo clinical screening and manager interview for final selection
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- EPIC experience required
- Credentials accepted:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R))
- Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
Unit Information
- Invasive cardiology department with 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed prep/recovery area
- Procedures include cath, electrophysiology (EP), and peripheral vascular cases
- Team includes 7 invasive cardiologists and electrophysiologists, RNs, and technologists
- Facility has surgical backup and advanced treatment options such as Impella and ECMO
- EP lab performs cardioversions, implants, and ablations for rhythm issues
- Growing structural heart program with expanding procedural offerings

Required Documentation & Compliance
- I9 or Attestation
- Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
- E-Verify or Attestation
- PA FBI Fingerprinting within 1 year of start (must be renewed every 5 years)
- Background check: 7-year criminal history, SS trace, county searches, sex offender registry
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
- 2 professional references within 3 years
- Most recent resume or employment application
- Education verification (degree, diploma, or transcripts)
- Skills checklist annually
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Search within 5 years
- Physical exam within 90 days of start, signed by MD/DO/NP/PA
- Immunizations and titers required:
- TDAP (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot within 90 days)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or full vaccine series)
- Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
- Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season
- COVID-19 vaccine, exemption, or declination accepted
- Drug testing: Negative 9-panel within 1 year (Aya requirement only)
- Respiratory safety clearance within 1 year, renewed annually

Notes
- Candidates may start with fingerprinting and child abuse search results pending but must have results on file within 45 days or will be removed from assignment
- Facility is tobacco and fragrance free; candidates should be notified prior to submission
- On-call duties are as needed by the unit
