Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Therapy - Contract Position

Location: Rock Springs, Wyoming
Facility: Sage View Care Center
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred.
• COVID-19 testing requirements:

  • Test must be done within 72 hours prior to the start date.
  • Results must be available 48 hours before the start date.

• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray

• DOJC (rerun every 4 years with BID form)
