Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy

About the Role

Melissa Memorial Hospital is seeking Physical Therapists to join their Rehab team. This position offers direct 1:1 patient care with a caseload primarily outpatient (90%) and some inpatient (10%). Therapists will work with a diverse patient population across all ages, with opportunities to tailor caseloads based on experience and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, administer, and supervise Physical Therapy treatments according to physician referrals and regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care
• Maintain daily documentation and patient notes
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program (or equivalent)
• Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Preferred:

• Understanding of Rural Healthcare
