Job Opportunity: RN Oncology - Travel Position

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Facility: Cleveland Medical Center
Hospital System: University Hospitals
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour night shifts only

Job Description

Care for a complex medical oncology population
Step-down unit experience highly preferred
ACLS certification required
Interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias required
Expert in chemotherapy administration and monitoring side effects
High level of respiratory care including trachs, chest tubes, Airvo, CPAP/BiPAP
Ability to identify rapidly changing patient conditions and multitask in critical situations
Experience with end-of-life care and hospice

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of Hematology/Oncology experience within the last year
ACLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Proficient in interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias
Experience with Airvo high-flow nasal oxygen therapy
Experience managing CPAP/BiPAP
Hospice experience
