Facility: Napa Valley Care Center
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Facility Description:
Napa Valley Care Center is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services.

Experience:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

Additional Information:
There is a possibility to float between two facilities within walking distance, including Napa Post Acute.
