Description
Physical Therapy (Outpatient) Position
Location: Roseburg, Oregon
Facility: Mercy Health Mercy Medical Center
Contract Details
- Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
- Department: Outpatient PT
Requirements
- Oregon PT license required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with ortho, neuro, medical, post-surgical, and spine patients
- Able to navigate laptops and learn new EMR systems
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail in a busy outpatient clinic
Patient Load
- 9 to 11 patients treated per day
Work Environment
- Clinic includes 1 Rehab Aide (non-direct patient care) and 1 PTA with individual caseloads
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift length: 8 to 10 hours, schedule created based on clinic needs
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Dress code: Business casual (khakis/slacks and polo/button shirt or blouse)
Orientation
- Department-specific orientation provided by supervisor and colleagues
This position is ideal for a physical therapist comfortable working in a busy outpatient setting with a diverse patient population and flexible day shifts.
