Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float

Location: Edison, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical
Contract Length: 9 weeks (63 days)

Job Summary

Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.
Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health framework.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manage patient care.
Document care according to standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of innovations in care delivery.
Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
Perform other duties as assigned.
