Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Facility Type: Freestanding Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Facility Size: 40 beds

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: December 15, 2025
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month (if able)

Job Requirements & Preferences

Experience: Acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants without it will be considered
Floating: May be required to float to St. Mary ARU-Hobart unit as needed
EMR System: EPIC
Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrub colors
Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building

This position is ideal for physical therapists with an interest or background in acute rehabilitation looking for a travel opportunity in a community stroke and rehabilitation setting.
