Patient Ratio:
- ICU: 1:2
- Step Down: 1:3
Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years ICU experience
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Arizona RN License
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIH Certification
Preferred Experience: Impella, IABP
EMR System: Medhost
Schedule: Blocked schedule considered; may float as needed
On Call: No on call required
Holiday Requirements: Required to work on holidays; Return to Office blackout dates TBD
Scrub Color: Black
