Unit Details – Operating Room

• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Surgical equipment available
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling: Set schedules with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (based on availability)
• Floating policy: No floating except rarely for COVID-related needs
• Dress code: Hospital laundered scrubs provided by department
• Team culture: Friendly, team-based, with staff ranging from new graduates to those with 30+ years of experience
• New graduates are welcome
