Position Details

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Unit Information
- Unit: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
- Number of ORs: 5 (3 open, 2 hybrid)
- Number of Staff: 15
- Staff Types:
- Day Shift: RN, CST, Anesthesia Tech (AT), Patient Care Technician (PCT)
- Night Shift: On-call staff
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:1
- Equipment: Operating Room (OR) equipment
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
Required Skills and Certifications
- Must Have:
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) for scrub tech role
- Registered Nurse (RN) license for nurses
- Preferred:
- CNOR certification for nurses
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST)

- On-call response time: 45 minutes from phone call to clocking into the unit
