Occupational Therapist - Contract Opportunity

Location: Barre, Vermont
Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy
Employment Type: Contract (20 weeks)

Job Description

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy care to patients in their home setting.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
Serve a diverse client base in central Vermont.
Educate and support patients to help them set and achieve their care goals.
Support clients' independence and ability to live in their own homes.

Requirements

Vermont Occupational Therapist licensure.
Experience in Home Health settings.
Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred.
Availability with no requested time off during the contract period.
