Description
Travel Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) - Florida, Naples
Position Details
- Specialty: Radiology Technologist
- Employment Type: Travel
- Location: Naples, Florida
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday)
- Start Date: ASAP
- On-Call: Required to take on-call shifts at least 5 times per month (3 weekdays and 2 weekend days; weekend shifts do not have to be consecutive)
- Floating: Must be willing to float between campuses as needed
- Additional Shifts: Ideal candidate will be willing to work additional shifts as available
- Holiday Pay: Capped at 8 hours
Requirements
- Valid Florida Radiologic Technologist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Must maintain a state license as a general radiographer
- AHCA certification required for all travel assignments in Florida
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely diagnostic radiology services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
- Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and routine procedures
Notes
- Candidates should have reviewed potential housing and housing costs prior to submission
- Willingness to float and take on-call shifts is essential
