Description
Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Athens, Georgia
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9-10 days of on-call per month
- Must be available the week of December 29
Required Experience & Certifications
- Must have neuro experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (American Heart Association)
Required Credentials & Onboarding Requirements

- BLS certification (valid and current)
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
Health & Immunizations
- Fit Test
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster or approved exemption)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or immunity titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
- Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination for current flu season)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (TB test) with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- Respirator Evaluation with physician signature

- Trinity I9 form
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest level of education verified)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
- GSA/OIG exclusion check within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
