MRI Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility Overview

Level II trauma center
Comprehensive stroke center
Level III neonatal intensive care unit
Pediatric emergency room with 30 pediatric subspecialists
Busiest robotic surgery program in the Carolinas
Only open heart and interventional cardiology in the region
Recognized for high clinical quality and patient safety

Unit Information

Unit Staff: 9 total
Equipment: GE MRI machines
EMR System: Cerner
Typical Procedures: MRI with contrast and non-contrast
Dress Code: Black scrubs
Schedule: Rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

Certification: ARRT (MR) Certification
Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support)
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in MRI specialty (highest required)
MRI Registered required
Preferred: Breast MRI experience

Additional Notes

Candidates without MRI registration and required certifications will not be considered
No explicit mention of prior travel experience required
