Travel RN Opportunity - Mother/Baby Unit

Location: Kingwood, Texas

Unit Information

Unit: Mother/Baby
Number of Beds: 27
Number of Staff: 50
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 5-7 RNs, 1 PCT
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 5-7 RNs, 1 PCT
Patient Ratios: 6-8 patients per nurse
EMR Systems: CPN, Meditech
Floating Area: APU for moms only

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Mother/Baby nursing
Must have Mother/Baby experience (candidates without this will not be considered)
Preferred: Gynecology experience
Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Certifications & Licenses

Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Circumcisions

Work Schedule & Policies

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) per month
Breaks: 30 minutes lunch (must clock out)
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs, no hoodies
