Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: San Jose, California
Facility Type: Acute Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Setting

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel
Shift Options:
- 10-hour shifts: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Typical Unit: Physical Therapy
EMR System: Meditech
Staffing: Approximately 7-12 PTs on day shift
Weekend Requirement: Minimum 2 weekend days per month (more can be accommodated)
Work Environment: Fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

Licensure: California PT license (required)
Experience:
- Acute care or skilled nursing facility experience required
Skills:
- Proficient in PT evaluations and treatments

Additional Information

Dress code: Scrubs or business casual
Contract length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
