Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Mooresville, Indiana
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Rehab Services

Position Details

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: None

Requirements

Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
Years of Experience Required: 2 years
Certifications: BLS required, Bachelor’s Degree minimum, PT State Licensing
Preferred Experience: Outpatient Orthopedic experience
Patient Type: General outpatient orthopedic patients
Patient Ratios: One-on-one treatments
EMR System: Epic

Work Environment & Culture

Dress Code: Gray scrubs or Franciscan logo apparel required
Personality Fit: Friendly, engaging, flexible schedule, open to seeing walk-in patients

Additional Information

Must complete all contract personnel requirements prior to starting
Reporting location is at the Center for Hip and Knee building, suite 101
Parking available in designated employee parking areas
