• Number of Staff: 12
• Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 1 charge nurse (7a-7p), 1 RN (7a-7p)
  • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse (7p-7a), 1 RN (7p-7a)
• Patient Ratios: 1:4-5
• Equipment Used: Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, GE EKG machine, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, Verathon bladder scanner
• EMR System: Meditech Expanse

Required Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience (higher value between 1 and 3 years applied)
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Licenses: Registered Nurse License

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a charge role (demonstrates ability to multi-task and think independently)
