Job Opportunity: Scrub Tech (Travel)

Location: San Jose, California

Position Overview

Employment Type: Travel
Specialty: Scrub Tech
Facility: Hospital setting with 12 OR rooms
Unit Staffing:
- 38 RNs (including 6 per diem)
- 12 benefited techs and 1 per diem tech
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 16 benefited RNs including charge, 6-7 OR Techs
- Mid Shift: 4 teams
- Evening Shift: 1 team
Patient Ratios: Not applicable
Equipment: Perioperative equipment
EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

Completion of CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program
BLS certification
Must pass CST Exam

Preferred Qualifications

CST certification preferred
Experience as a Surgical Technician
