Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Technician

Location: Syracuse, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • No weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts required
  • Experience with Philips (Cardio MD) required
  • Must be proficient with EHR system Epic

Required Credentials & Certifications

  • BLS (Basic Life Support): American Heart Association certification required
  • RT (R) and CNMT: Required certifications for Nuclear Medicine Technicians
  • License/Certificate Verification: Must be current and verified within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing: Specialty exam completed within the past year

Health & Compliance Requirements

  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccine or approved exemption required (booster through Sept 2025)
  • Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine or approved exemption required (valid 10/1/2025 – 4/30/2026)
  • Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (includes methadone, phencyclidine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, barbiturates)
  • Fit Test: Required for Iowa locations (1860+ mask only)

Additional Professional Requirements

  • Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
  • Completed Trinity I9 form
  • Signed Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement
  • Signed Integrity and Audit Services Form (within days prior to start)
  • Submission of resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references
