Travel RN - Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Dallas, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Highlights

Unit: Emergency Room (ER)
Shift: Weekend, every other weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Call Requirements: Yes
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Required Experience & Certifications

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in ER
Active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
Certifications required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIH Certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Preferred Skills

Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred

Dress Code & Appearance Guidelines

Scrub Color: Royal Blue
Nail Policy: Clean and healthy nails; no artificial nails, gel, or similar enhancements
Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors; hair shoulder length or longer must be pulled back when working in the lab
Facial Hair: Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible; exceptions handled individually
Piercings: Only ear piercings allowed; visible piercings such as nose or tongue rings are prohibited

Floating as needed
Company-wide attendance policy applies

Additional Notes

Candidates without the required certifications and experience will not be considered
Active RN license is mandatory; temporary licenses will not be accepted
