Job Opportunity: OB Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Travel Position

Location: Lewiston, Maine
Facility: Maternity Unit (Labor & Delivery)
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Role: Surgical Technologist - OB
Specialty: Labor & Delivery (OB CST)
Shift: Night shift (17:45 - 06:15)
Weekly Hours: 36 or 48 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every third weekend
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 1

Department: Maternity (Floor M3)
Number of Beds: 13
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Patient Population: Adults undergoing Cesarean Section deliveries
Common Procedures: Cesarean Sections
Equipment Used: Neptune, Ligasure
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner

Requirements

Certifications: Certified Scrub Technologist (CST) required
Experience: Minimum 2 years; OB experience preferred
Skills:
- Must have OR experience
- OB experience preferred
Personality Fit: Team player
Dress Code: OR scrubs provided by the facility
