Certified Surgical Technician - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary

  • Provides direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Coordinates all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning with healthcare team members.

  • Various health and immunization requirements including:
    • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations accepted).
    • Varicella (two vaccines, serological evidence, or history verified by provider, no declinations accepted).
    • Tdap (valid within 10 years, no declinations accepted).
    • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
    • Influenza vaccine during flu season (exemptions accepted with mask requirement).
    • Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite).
    • 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing for TB (with follow-up as required).
    • Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
    • 12 panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
