Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Location: Romney, West Virginia
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Specialty: Physical Therapy (PT) – Home Health
Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Home Health Physical Therapy
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10’s – Days)
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend
On-Call/Call Requirements: None
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
Patient Load: Approximately 25 patients per week
EMR System: EPIC

Certifications & Licenses

BLS (AHA only)
Valid Driver’s License
Virginia or Compact License

Additional Information

Dress Code: Black scrubs (per Valley Health dress code policy)
No float requirements
Prior travel experience is not specified as required
