Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position
Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Schedule: 8 or 10 hour variable shifts
- Weekends Required: No
- Call Required: Yes (details discussed in interview)
- Floating: Yes, within scope
- EMR System: EPIC

Experience & Certification Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Additional Certifications (may be required depending on unit)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – for select roles
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – for select roles
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – for select roles
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – for ER RNs
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – for L&D RNs
- ENPC – for ER RNs
- NIH Stroke Certification – for ER RNs
Background & Compliance Requirements
- Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
- Education verification (US equivalency documentation if education completed out of country)
- Primary source verification of state license
- Photo for badge
- Confidentiality, crime disclosure, and conflict of interest statements
Health & Safety Requirements
- Tdap vaccine or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (various acceptable options)
- MMR vaccines or positive titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Varicella vaccines or positive titer
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (mask required if declined during flu season)
Other Requirements
- 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
