Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Experience & Certification Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 1 year
• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

Additional Certifications (may be required depending on unit)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – for select roles
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – for select roles
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – for select roles
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – for ER RNs
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – for L&D RNs
• ENPC – for ER RNs
• NIH Stroke Certification – for ER RNs

Background & Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
• Education verification (US equivalency documentation if education completed out of country)
• Primary source verification of state license
• Photo for badge
• Confidentiality, crime disclosure, and conflict of interest statements

Health & Safety Requirements

• Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (various acceptable options)
• MMR vaccines or positive titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella
• Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
• Varicella vaccines or positive titer
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (mask required if declined during flu season)

Other Requirements

• 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
