Physical Therapist Travel Job - El Paso, Texas
Specialty: Physical Therapy (PT)
Location: El Paso, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed)
License Requirements: Texas PT License
Certifications: BLS required
Years of Experience Required: 1 year in Physical Therapy specialty
Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)
Unit Information
- Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital
- Number of Beds: 41 private rooms
- Staffing:
- 6 full-time PTs
- 1 part-time PT
- 2 full-time PTAs
- 9 PRN PTs
- Day Shift: 7 full-time PTs, 2 full-time PTAs, 1 part-time PT
- Night Shift: Not applicable
- Patient Ratios: 1 PT to 4-6 patients (5-6 treatment hours per day)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Must Have:
- Texas PT License
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred:
- Bilingual skills
- Experience with CARE TOOL scoring in inpatient rehab
- Experience treating patients with neurological disorders
