Travel RN Opportunity – Dayton, Ohio

Job Description

  • Provide patient care in an LTAC/Telemetry setting using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe care.
  • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
  • Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
  • Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of RN experience (higher value applied: 5 years required)
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS (American Heart Association)
    • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • Clinical Skills:
    • Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
    • Knowledge of central lines required
    • Wound care experience preferred
  • Licensure:
    • Ohio RN license or multi-state compact RN license required
