Location: Chicago, Illinois

Job Description
- High acuity ICU setting (30 Bed SICU-MICU-Neuro)
- Experience required with:
- Open heart
- Neuro
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- CABG
- Stroke
- TNK
- EPIC experience is a must
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Schedule includes working every other weekend and every other holiday
- Floating to other units expected if ICU census is low
- No Return to Office (RTO) for holidays
- Must be able to make up sick calls on weekends if calling out Friday 7pm to Monday 7am
Required Experience

- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date
- Social Security Card or Passport
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check
- Prime Education Verification
- Prime Resume and 2 References required for submission
- Prime Specialty Exam, Basic Pharmacology Exam, Core Competencies Exam (must score 80% or higher)
- Prime Skills Checklist (required for submission)
- Prime Agency Attestation and Job Description signed by employee
- Prime Badge Photo (clear headshot)
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Color-blind test (updated annually)
