Job Opportunity: Cardiopulmonary Respiratory Therapist
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- 13-week assignment
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Shift time: 05:30 AM - 06:00 PM
- Respiratory Therapists provide, coordinate, and direct individualized comprehensive respiratory care based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Must be a team player
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract
Requirements
- Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (must maintain all)
- Prefer 1 year of current acute care experience; new graduates may be considered
- Strong OB experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment (specific lifting and pushing requirements detailed)
- Auditory and visual ability to perform procedures and charting
- Ability to meet specific criteria for the Cardiopulmonary department
