Description

Job Opportunity: Diagnostic Imaging (OB/GYN Only) - Oregon

Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide healthcare services using sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures specifically in OB/GYN.
Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
Exercise professional judgment and maintain medical ethics.
Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion.
Agency nurses may be floated to other qualified departments before core staff.

Qualifications

Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited sonography program or equivalent.
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent approved certification.
Licensed in the State of Oregon as an Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer.

Shift

08:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Note: This position is exclusively for OB/GYN specialty within Diagnostic Imaging.
