Description
Job Opportunity: Diagnostic Imaging (OB/GYN Only) - Oregon
Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide healthcare services using sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
- Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures specifically in OB/GYN.
- Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
- Exercise professional judgment and maintain medical ethics.
- Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion.
- Agency nurses may be floated to other qualified departments before core staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited sonography program or equivalent.
- Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent approved certification.
- Licensed in the State of Oregon as an Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer.
Shift
- 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Note: This position is exclusively for OB/GYN specialty within Diagnostic Imaging.
