Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Unit

Location: Harvard, Illinois

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Skilled Nursing units. The RN will provide quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures as per protocols.
Observe patients and report any adverse reactions to medication or treatment.
Administer specified medications within the scope of licensure and state regulations.
Respond safely and promptly to patient requests and report significant observations to the RN.
Understand and deliver care according to the patient’s plan of care and established standards.
Assist in planning and implementing patient care under the direction of the RN.
Follow hospital and nursing policies; identify and respond to emergency situations appropriately.
Instruct patients in self-care according to teaching plans and document care provided.

Requirements

Current Illinois RN License
CPR Certification
Experience: No explicit years of experience stated, but must be an experienced RN (implied minimum 1+ years)
Prior travel experience: Not required
