Physical Therapist Travel Position

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and provides therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. Care is provided according to the American Physical Therapy Association standards and the Plan of Care prescribed by the provider.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting

Position Details

• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Day
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: Both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Patient Types: Orthopedic, Neurological, general deconditioning, balance deficits, pain
• Dress Code: Professional attire; any color scrubs allowed; closed-toe and closed-side shoes required; jeans and open-toed shoes are not acceptable

Contract Length

• 12 weeks (interpreted from contract_length value)
