Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care

Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont

Job Overview

Join an exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Vermont's scenic Northeast Kingdom. This role involves coordinating exceptional patient care in a four-bed open ICU, delivering quality nursing care aligned with AACN standards. Care is provided to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, with adaptability to their age, physical ability, and intellectual development.

Requirements

Specialty: Nursing (Critical Care)
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years as an RN
Critical Care Experience: Required
Skills: Must be able to read telemetry
Certifications: ACLS and BLS/BCLS required
Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Additional Information

Start date: January 14, 2026
Orientation week may have adjusted hours due to midweek start
