Job Opportunity: MRI Technician

Location: Davenport, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Required Certifications & Licenses

  • BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
  • ARRT
  • ARMRIT
  • License/Certificate Verification (must be dated within 30 days of start)

Optional:

  • ACLS

Required Experience

  • Specialty: MRI Technician
  • Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard industry requirements for MRI Technicians (typically 1-3 years)

Health & Safety Requirements

  • Fit Test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (must be completed within 30 days of start; no THC)

  • Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination/exemption; declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start)
  • Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Tdap (current, non-expired; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)

Professional & Compliance Requirements

  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
  • Trinity I9 Form
  • Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
  • Non Employee Upload Form (pages 1-3 and 28)
  • Specialty Specific Competency Testing (copy of specialty exam within last year)
  • Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years; SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start)
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma verified)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
  • GSA/OIG Exclusion Check dated within 30 days
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
  • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
  • OFAC Sanctions Check (completed within 30 days of start)
  • Iowa-specific: Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training and IA Sing Report (criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult & child abuse registries check)

Additional Notes

  • Resume, Skills Checklist (within last year), and 2 Professional References required for submission
  • All documentation requiring signatures or verification must be uploaded to the system as specified
  • Compliance with all health, safety, and professional requirements is mandatory prior to start date

This position is suitable for MRI Technicians who meet the certification, health, and compliance requirements and are available for a 13-week long-term assignment with evening shifts and every other weekend coverage.
